This is long overdue. I bought a 2007 Chrysler 300C on May 5th, 2008. It is the very best car that I have ever owned.

Every aspect of this purchase was absolutely first class. Michael Kimberling was the person who helped me with the purchase. He was more a consultant and advisor than a salesman. He listened well and was open to any and all questions. His positive and supportive attitude was evident in our discussions but even more apparent in the test drive. His knowledge and patience with my wife and me was great. He made this purchase a very enjoyable experience. Every commitment was honored.

Last week I brought my car in for some service. Josh Wojahn, your service manager. was the focal point of my service. I talked to him on the phone and discussed the necessary maintenance. I was pleased with his style and knowledge and decide to drive the 3o miles from Tacoma. He personally greeted me and went over the details of the required service. I waited for the car, so they got me right in and out. Everything was done perfectly. His service crew mirror his positive and professional attitude. As we finished, I had a few more questions and he patiently answered those questions.

David, you have a great dealership with wonderful professional people. I have and will continue to recommend your place to my friends and relatives.

Thank you sooo much for everything. It was great. In ... Out.... On our way to NW Trek as promised. And what a ride!!!! I loved it. I forgot just how much I missed my Jeep before. Two trucks later... I'm glad I waited. That extended Wrangler is perfect! Just the right size... and better on the gas than those trucks by far! I appreciated very much that I was treated like a customer...... and well not just another in the business.

I'd like to share with you my appreciation for the kind of assistance I received from Richard Pittman in the internet department to get my new Wrangler last week.

To keep the long story short, I had been looking for the vehicle for the last three months in different dealers and after only a couple of e-mails exchanged with Richard I was able to get the vehicle from EnumclawCJD.

Some of the things I believe makes Rich's service stand out from the other dealers I had experience with are: Courtesy; Open negotiation; Fast responses from my e-mails; Help with questions *after* I got the vehicle (it's not common to find a salesman that get involved with post sales questions).
