There are several courts, a huge field perfect for a pick-up soccer match or a nice alfresco picnic, and two baseball diamonds. Plus, there are tons of nice benches dotting the park so that you can enjoy a cup of coffee and people-watch.

4. Bruce Guenther Park

Stop by Bruce Guenther Park, 911 Battersby Avenue is a lovely park that’s off-the-beaten-path, so it’s an excellent place to visit if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The park has a few picnic tables, a nice green space to walk around in, and a very peaceful vibe that will give you a touch of the great outdoors in the middle of the big city.
